In most cases items will be shipped 2 business days after payment is received.While most items are in stock at all times there are times that some items may become temporarily unavailable and placed on back order.

We RESERVE THE RIGHT to backorder items if not in stock and in most cases we will notify the customer of a delivery date. We RESERVE THE RIGHT to refund the customer if we feel the item will not be available in a timely manner.We will refund the customer ASAP in these cases. Refund will be for item only if other items are on order and are in stock otherwise a complete refund will be given.

Fluke and Amprobe items may have a extended wait time before they are shipped and this is out of our control if this is a problem please check with us before you order.

KTOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT to decide which shipper to use on any order.

USPS PO Box orders may not be allowed on some orders if we choose to use UPS or FED EX KTOOL reserves the right to reject a PO BOX Order.

All Insurance or undelivered claims must be made by the customer to the shipping company and not to KTOOL.

RETURNS

We guarantee all of our items to work and be free from manufacturer's defects.  Defective items must be returned to the manufacturer within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Customer must contact manufacturer for all warranty claims before returning any items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.   Non-defective items may be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price of the item(s). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and 30% restock fee. Customer must first have a RMA before returning any merchandise. With out a RMA no credit or exchange will be issued. KTOOL reatains the right to make a final decision on all returns.

We Retain the Right to not issue a refund if the customer deviates from our return policies.


SHIPPING DISCOUNTS

KTOOL does not combine shipping with all items. We can not combine shipping for Amprobe, Seatek or Fluke products with Klein Products but we will combine shipping with purchases made with in the particular manufacturer.

Your shipping will be combined for you automatically by our checkout system at the time of checkout. 

To receive your combined shipping discount, it is very important that you do not pay for each item individually.  Instead, purchase each item that you would like from us and then visit checkout.  Your shipping will be automatically combined for you at that time.We will not combine shipping for any orders that have been paid for  seperately or any invoices altered with out our permission first.
