We guarantee all of our items to work and be free from manufacturer's defects. Defective items must be returned to the manufacturer within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Customer must contact manufacturer for all warranty claims before returning any items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Non-defective items may be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price of the item(s). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and 30% restock fee. Customer must first have a RMA before returning any merchandise. With out a RMA no credit or exchange will be issued. KTOOL does not combine shipping with all items. We can not combine shipping for Amprobe, Seatek or Fluke products with Klein Products but we will combine shipping with purchases made with in the particular manufacturer.
