Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: FREE
Q: What about International orders? A: While we would love to give you Free Shipping unfortunately the extra cost will not allow us but we will assure you we have the best rates for International shipping available.
Q: How will I know the cost of my International or non domestic shipment will cost. A: Just place your order and we will promptly notify you of any additional charge for shipping before any charge is made to your credit card, some orders may not even incur a shipping charge.
