    Ordering & Product Review

Posted by Unknown on 19th Jan 2021

Ordering with KTool was easy, I received an email confirmation as well as shipment updates. The product arrived safely and on-time. The product is a direct factory replacement for the inducer on our furnace, was easy to install and works as it should. One minor issue, there should be a cap to cover whichever drain outlet that you do not use. I had to use the one from our old inducer. The inducer has 2 drain outlets to allow for 2 mounting options.
